At the initial meeting, a complimentary design consultation takes place to discuss your project. We will discuss design direction and lifestyle requirements for your new or existing home or space. We will review your inspiration pictures, color, and fabric preference. It is important for us to learn your likes and dislikes, this will enable us to provide a customized design plan for your home that is tailored to your design preference and lifestyle.
Based on the initial consultation, you will receive a proposal that outlines the scope of design services to be performed. The estimate will break down the project by living space.
Letter of Agreement
A written contract will be signed by both parties summarizes the project scope and cost estimates. This document is created to make sure all parties are aware of the design plan and the costs associated with the different design phases. At this time, we will collect the design retainer outlined in the contract and get started on your design plan.
The design presentation provides floor plans, lighting selection, furniture specification, art selection, window covering design and fabric selections, etc. We carefully balance options for clients, offering creative ideas and solutions that clients are delighted to choose from. Once the presentation has been approved, we will collect the deposit for the products and materials and begin purchasing. Once the product has been ordered it is non-refundable. We will continually communicate with you during the process of managing the purchasing and installation of the project.
